Commissioner Lowry will partner with Cook County Clerk Karen A. Yarbrough and Dr. Byron T. Brazier, Pastor of Apostolic Church of God and Black Men United. We invite you to join us! The event will commence on Thursday, September 28th, 2023, from 5PM-8PM at Apostolic Church of God, 6320 S. Dorchester Avenue.

As a prostate cancer survivor, Commissioner Lowry commemorates Prostate Cancer Awareness Month by hosting an annual Men’s Health Fair highlighting the health services available to men of all ages throughout Cook County. The fair will provide blood pressure testing, diabetes testing, HIV testing, Immunizations (Flu, Pneumonia, Shingles & COVID), dental and vision screenings, personal wellness and training services, healthy eating and nutritional support, mental health education, a special Property After Death/Property Fraud Forum and an in-person group training session.
