To celebrate Easter, I had a great time teaming up with Pastor Earl Grandberry, Alderwoman Pat Dowell, and the stellar team at True Rock Ministries to help give away hundreds of pairs of shoes to families on the South Side as part of their Acts of Kindness Initiative!
It was a pleasure to meet so many families, hear about their holidays, and learn more about the upcoming end of the school year. Happy Easter!
